6. Intellectual property
All the elements making up this site (texts, photographs, illustrations, logo, graphic identity and code) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited and would constitute an infringement within the meaning of articles L335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
7. Media
If you upload images to the site, avoid files containing embedded location data (EXIF GPS): visitors to the site can download them and extract that data. HDKN productions remain under the copyright of the HDKN brand.
8. Comments
When visitors leave a comment on the site, we collect the data shown in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and the browser user agent string, in order to help detect spam.
An anonymised string created from your email address, also called a hash, may be provided to the Gravatar service to check whether you use it. The Gravatar privacy policy is available at automattic.com/privacy. After your comment is approved, your profile picture is publicly visible next to it.
9. Contact form
If you fill in a contact form on our site, you may choose to save your name, your email address, your telephone number and your website in our database. This data remains strictly confidential. HDKN undertakes never to use it for resale, newsletter automation or any other unsolicited mail. We fight daily against this kind of data resale and wish to uphold the ethics of fair and responsible design.
10. Embedded content from other websites
Pages on this site may include embedded content (videos, images, maps, reviews, etc.). Embedded content from other sites behaves in exactly the same way as if the visitor had visited that other site.
These sites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking that interaction if you have an account and are logged in to that site. On this site, the embedded content is Google Analytics audience measurement, Google’s reCAPTCHA anti-bot service, the conversational assistant provided by HDKN and the online booking module.
Three of these load as soon as the page opens, before any choice on your part: the Google tag, the reCAPTCHA service and the conversational assistant. Their providers then receive your IP address. The Google tag is set up in consent mode: until you have accepted statistics cookies, it records no audience measurement and sets no tracking cookie.
11. How long we keep your data
Requests received through the forms are kept for as long as is necessary to process them and for any commercial relationship that may follow, then archived or deleted. In the absence of an order, they are deleted three years after the last contact, in line with CNIL recommendations.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are kept indefinitely. This allows us to recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users who register on the site, where applicable, we also keep the personal information given in their profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time, except their username. Site administrators can also view and edit that information.
12. What rights you have over your data
The data controller is HDKN, publisher and manager of the site, on behalf of the business presented on the site, which is the recipient of the requests. Processing is based on your consent and on the legitimate interest of the company in responding to a quotation or information request.
If you have an account on this site, if you have left your details in a contact form or if you have left comments, you can request to receive a file containing the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that this data be erased. This does not include data we are required to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
You also have a right of access, rectification, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. These requests are exercised with contact@hdkn.fr.
If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, www.cnil.fr, or with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.aepd.es.
13. Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Data from the forms is strictly reserved and confidential to the HDKN team and to the business presented on the site, which is the recipient of the request.
14. Cookies and consent management
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure it works properly, measure audience, personalise content and improve your browsing experience.
In accordance with the regulations in force (GDPR and the ePrivacy directive), some cookies require your prior consent: statistics and marketing. You can accept, refuse or personalise your choices at any time below.
For greater transparency, here are the categories of cookies we use:
- Strictly necessary cookies: essential to the operation of the site (security, display preferences, storing your consent choice and online booking).
- Statistics cookies: they make it possible to measure traffic and use of the site, through Google Analytics, with anonymised data.
- Marketing and third-party cookies: used to display external content or to offer tailored advertising.
How long cookies are kept varies according to their purpose: thirteen months at most, in line with CNIL recommendations.
To find out more or exercise your rights (access, withdrawal of consent, deletion), you can contact us at contact@hdkn.fr.

The publisher endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information published on this site, without being able to guarantee that it is exhaustive or entirely free of error. These legal notices are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts alone shall have jurisdiction. The general terms and conditions of sale set out below are, for their part, governed by Spanish law.
Last updated: 28/09/2026.

Maintenance and performance tracking.
By accepting these terms, the client expressly authorizes VOLTRIDE to use location data in case of abnormal use, non-return, theft, or safety concerns.
