1. General Information
1.1 Independent Bike Rental
Can I rent a bike without a guide?
Yes. You can rent a city bike or an electric bike for one day or more, completely independently.
What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is one full day.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A security deposit is required and refunded after the bike has been checked upon return.
You can reduce the deposit by 50% by purchasing theft insurance (optional).
What equipment is included with the rental?
Each rental includes the bike (city or electric), a helmet, and a lock.
Additional accessories such as a bag or child seat may be available as options.
2. Usage Conditions
Is there a minimum age to participate?
Yes. Renters must be at least 18 years old and present a valid ID.
Minors may only rent when accompanied by a responsible adult.
What should I bring?
We provide a helmet and a lock.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, closed shoes, and bringing sunscreen or a light jacket depending on the weather.
Can I rent an electric bike if I’ve never used one before?
Yes, of course! Our electric bikes are easy to use.
We provide a brief explanation of the controls when you collect your bike.
3. Pricing & Payments
How much does it cost to rent a bike or e-bike?
Prices vary depending on the type of bike, rental duration, and options selected (extra helmet, child seat, etc.).

What payment methods do you accept?
Can I cancel or change my booking? Yes.

Up to 48 hours before the rental start time → free cancellation or modification.

Less than 48 hours before → no refund.
In case of severe weather conditions (storm, strong wind, etc.), we offer a reschedule or a 6-month valid voucher.
4. Safety and Responsibility
What should I do if I have a problem during the rental?
Contact us immediately.
We provide assistance service for rentals of 7 days or more, or a bike exchange depending on availability.
For rentals of less than 7 days, assistance is available as an optional service.
Without this option, the customer must return the bike to the agency by their own means.
Where should I store the bike overnight?
Bikes must be stored in a closed and secure location (garage, indoor space, or private accommodation).
It is strictly forbidden to leave the bike on the street, even if locked.
In case of theft without theft insurance, the customer will be required to cover the full replacement cost of the bike.
If you do not have a secure place, you may return the bike to the agency at closing time and collect it again the next morning.
Am I insured during the rental?
Yes. The activity is covered by public liability insurance.
However, any damage caused by misuse of the bike remains the responsibility of the renter.
In what condition should the bike be returned?
Bikes must be returned in the same condition as they were received (clean, undamaged, and battery recharged for e-bikes).
Repair fees may apply if the bike is damaged.
5. Experience & Comfort
Are electric bikes eco-friendly and quiet?
Yes. Our e-bikes provide a smooth, silent, and environmentally friendly experience, perfect for exploring the coast in peace.
Can I stop and take photos during my ride?
Of course! Feel free to stop at viewpoints, beaches, or picturesque streets along the way.
Suggested routes are available upon request.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. You can offer a bike rental or a full-day pass to friends or family with a custom gift card.
